Metaxcel, Inc. End-User Educational Products and Services Agreement
TERM
This agreement defines your rights as a customer regarding Metaxcel’s educational products and services.
DESCRIPTION OF EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
You are granted access to Metaxcel’s curated courses and tools, including a non-transferable license to use these services.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are outlined on the order page. Full payment is required upon subscription. Unpaid balances will incur a 1.25% monthly interest rate. Prices may change without notice.
TERMINATION
Metaxcel can terminate the agreement with or without cause by giving 30 days’ notice. Immediate termination may occur in case of a material breach.
INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS
You are required to provide accurate contact information, which Metaxcel will manage according to its Privacy Policy.
PUBLICITY
Metaxcel may list you as a customer in promotional materials and use photos taken during service for marketing.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Metaxcel disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. It does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free usage, or virus-free systems.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
